How to recognise an eating disorder in type 1 diabetes

If you are worried that you have an eating disorder (or you are a friend or family member concerned about someone you care about) it is important to know the warning signs of an eating disorder so you can get the right support.

If you find you have ticked a few of these boxes it would be a good idea to talk to a friend or family member, your diabetes team or your GP to consider what might be helpful next steps.  Further on in this module, there are some tips about opening up about T1DE for the first time.
