Hi, type 1 for over 40 years with no complications but I believe it is important to keep learning. I still struggle with managing impact of exercise so I feel I need to go back over everything and try again.
I’ve been T1 since I was 22, 30 years ago almost to the day!! The increased awareness and knowledge available since the mid 90s is fantastic and the professionals who have delivered this learning and course are terrific! The videos here are well done, concise and so helpful! Delighted to have completed this!! Even if you’re bloods are entirely fantastic this course will give you faith that there are others of us out there and reassurance and confidence to keep going and doing your best!

Hi All. My name is Ciaran and I have been a type 1 diabetic for about 30 years. Use a Dexcom G7 but struggle a lot with giving the correct insulin amount to cover the carb intake. Ratio seems to change a lot. Hoping I can learn something from the courses available on this. Thanks for providing such a resource.
I fell ill in 2011 when a gall stone released within my system and connected with my pancreas. No warning and sign of gall stone problems or never having pancreatitis. I am now a full diabetic due to Necrotic Pancreas.
